Management changes in Finnveden Holding AB

Owe Wedebrand will leave his position as President and CFO of Finnveden Holding AB in mid-September for a position with another employer.

Johan Westman, President of Finnveden Metal Structures, becomes President and CEO of Finnveden Holding AB while Helena Wennerström, CFO of Bulten, also takes on the role in the parent company. Both Johan and Helena will continue in their current positions within Finnveden Metal Structures and Bulten.

Finnveden AB will continue to operate in the same direction as before but under the leadership of Johan Westman and Helena Wennerström.

Bulten and Finnveden Metal Structures will continue to develop in line with current strategies and the efforts to build two strong and independent units will go on.
